Are you a My11 2014-15 Prizewinner?

In the process of checking all potential prizewinners in the various My11 leagues for this year we have discovered that a number of entrants have seriously abused the 'invite a friend for a joker' promotion. The Terms and Conditions on the site state under Clause 22 that "Any activity of any kind that is deemed by the Promoters, in its sole opinion, not to be in the spirit of the Games or Competitions, is considered unfair or which gives any unfair advantage could result in all, or some, entries being declared void and therefore no right of winning any prize. " We have found that some entrants have made up to several hundred 'invitations' to make-believe people in order to unfairly gain additional jokers and hence obtain additional points in the weekly scorecards. My11 have decided, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions available on the site without any right of appeal, to disqualify any such entrants from the games and will not, therefore, win any prize. We believe this to be in the interests of the games and the many registrants who have played constantly and fairly all season. We will ensure that next season all such abuse will be eradicated from the site. Checking all of the legitimate potential prizewinners is likely to take another week so please be patient with us. We repeat the decision of the Promoters in this matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into it in this respect. We will get in touch with the prizewinners directly through the contact they have given us and arrange payment of prize money as soon as possible thereafter. We will also publish the winners on the My11 site. Yours sincerely The My11 Customer Support Team.

XAVI LEAVES FC BARCELONA AFTER 17 YEARS

Class act: after 740 appearances (84 goals, 163 assists), Xavi said farewell to FC Barcelona after a glorious career that started way back in 1998. Just listen to the ovation he gets from the faithful in the Nou Camp. A one-club man and Barca hero, this is the reward for loyalty and something that players like Liverpool's wantaway-winger Raheem Sterling will never get to experience.
